A Look at One of Nintendo's Storage Rooms

Today Nintendo decided to share an quick inside look at one of their storage rooms in Japan. What's inside? A ton of never-before opened Nintendo consoles and peripherals.

Most notably, there is a supply of Famicom Disc Systems, which Nintendo used to write games onto floppy discs back in the day. Although this method didn't really take off, Nintendo still has a couple of machines laying around!

Here's a video to show how it worked.

Aside from the Disc System, there are tons of Famicoms and other accessories just laying on shelves, waiting to be opened. Take a look at these pictures. Everything is in mint condition!

And of course there are some old CRT TVs to play everything on.

It's cool to see that Nintendo still holds onto these pieces of history. The NES Classic Edition and the Famicom Mini will both be out in a few short weeks on November 11 and 10, respectively.
