Rockstar May Have Just Teased A Red Dead Redemption Sequel
Rockstar Games has seemingly teased the announcement of a Red Dead Redemption sequel.
Yesterday on their Twitter account, the following picture was Tweeted with no other context. The company also changed their Twitter profile and banner photos.
The logo shows the company's logo in a red and faded design, similar to the style used in the previous Red Dead Redemption.
Then earlier today, a second photo was Tweeted, nearly confirming the existence of something Red Dead related. This photo shows a few silhouettes off in the distance with the same red-western design.
It seems like we are close to a proper announcement from Rockstar Games, though there is no clear answer as to whether or not it will be a Red Dead Redemption sequel.
Earlier in the year, a supposed map of upcoming sequel was leaked, though no confirmation was ever given as to if it was real. There were also rumors that Rockstar had initial plans to announce a Red Dead game on Sony's stage during E3, but once again, that rumor was never confirmed.
Either way, these Tweets certainly do seems to point to the likeliness that a proper sequel is imminent. If not, the social media team at Rockstar is just a group of jerks playing with our emotions.
We will keep you updated, should any official announcements be made.
