First Look at Nintendo Themed Land Coming to Universal Studios

First Look at Nintendo Themed Land Coming to Universal Studios

Today Nintendo shared the first piece of concept art for the upcoming Nintendo themed land in Universal Studios Japan.

Coming just in time for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, the land has officially been titled "Super Nintendo World." As you can see, the land is modeled after the Mushroom Kingdom from the Super Mario series, and takes notes from the Walt Disney theme parks famous layout.

The Super Nintendo World expansion will cost the park over 300 million dollars, and take up a decent amount of space in the park. Hopefully it'll be like The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, but for Nintendo fans.

Of course, Super Nintendo World will also be coming to Universal Studios in Hollywood and Orlando as well, though no tentative dates have been given just yet. We expect to not hear much about those projects for a while.

So what do you think? Does it look like everything you've ever wanted from a Nintendo theme park?
