NES Classic Edition Sold 196,000 Units in US Last Month

Although you still may not have ever seen one in person, Nintendo managed to push 196,000 units of the NES Classic Edition last month in the U.S. alone.

The numbers come way of last month's NPD charts, and despite being in low supply, Nintendo managed to have one of the most successful consoles on the market. This means that the $60 retro box has even managed to compete with consoles like Sony's new PS4 Pro.

Also notable, the 3DS sold very well, putting it 59 percent over its sales last November. This is mostly thanks to the release of Pokémon Sun and Moon.

We still have been unsuccessful in finding a NES Classic Edition, though it is good to see Nintendo pulling some numbers this Holiday season.
