The Legend of Zelda Delayed, Now Coming to NX
The much anticipated, upcoming Wii U Legend of Zelda game has officially been delayed, again. In addition to the delay, it has also been confirmed that the game will launch on Wii U and NX simultaneously. News comes from Nintendo's Twitter account after an investors meeting. Nintendo states the reason for the delay being to "better improve quality."
This is the second time the game has been delayed. Originally planned for a 2015 release, the game was first delayed to 2016 when series producer Eiji Aonuma said the team had "discovered several new possibilities for the game."
Nintendo noted that the upcoming Zelda game will be their only playable game at E3 this June, as well as the focus of their presentation. NX will been shown later this year and launch sometime in Spring 2017.
