Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Amiibo and Box Art Revealed

Zelda: Breath of the Wild: Amiibo and Box Art Revealed

Check this out! Nintendo has shown off the box art for the upcoming game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.

The picture of link is one we have seen before but now with a beautiful background design and the logo for the title beneath the hero.

As you may have noticed, the top right-hand corner mentions Amiibo, and Nintendo has just shown off three all-new Amiibo coming in addition to the game.

The three new Amiibo have not been given a release date, though they will probably launch around the release of the game. The "Guadian" Amiibo will have posable arms, a first for any Amiibo! These are the highest detailed Amiibo to date.

The Wolf Link Amiibo that came packed in with The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will also work in the new game. As long as the Wolf Link Amiibo has hearts connected to it from the previous game, players can use him in the new game for one in-game day (or 24 minutes). Wolf Link will come fight alongside you until either the 24 minutes are up, or Wolf Link is destroyed.
