Xbox Play Anywhere Will be Standard From Now On

Starting on September 13, with the release of ReCore, all games published by Microsoft will be Play Anywhere.

The announcement was made on the Windows Blog by Microsoft president Yusuf Mehdi. He said, "every new title published from Microsoft Studios will support Xbox Play Anywhere and will be easily accessible in the Windows Store."

Other games that we know will be joining the list include Gears of War 4, Forza Horizon 3, and Halo Wars 2. Microsoft's cross-play feature will allow gamers to have both the Xbox One and PC versions of games they purchase. Gamers can connect and play multiplayer across both platforms and Achievements will supported between the two as well.
