Red Dead Redemption is Now Backwards Compatible

To some it may just seem like another title to make the growing list of backwards compatible games on Xbox One, but to other it's freaking Red Dead Redemption. That's right, the highly popular western game from Rockstar, makers of the GTA series, has made its way onto Xbox One. Enjoy!

To celebrate, the full game is currently discounted on the Xbox Store for $10.49, or $7.49 if you have a Gold membership. In addition to the game being on sale, most of the DLC is available for free right now, including: Myths and Mavericks, Legends and Killers, and Liars and Cheats. Unfortunately, the popular Undead Nightmare DLC is not on sale, but for $9.99, you can't complain.

Red Dead Redemption has been one of the most requested backwards compatible games, and was even available for a short period of time before being taken down. This time is official, however.
