Nintendo NX Will Have Mario, Pokémon, and Zelda All Within Six Months of Launch
Great news, more rumors about the NX are here!
Citing MCV, close rumors have revealed that Nintendo plans to bring a new Mario, a Game Freak developed Pokémon game, and the already announced Zelda: Breath of the Wild all within the console's initial six months of release.
In addition to Nintendo's killer lineup, the company has been working close with third-party publishers to get more support for the NX. Apparently Nintendo has already got SEGA, Square Enix, Ubisoft, Activision, and Warner Bros. on board.
Nintendo plans to avoid recreating the slow launches of the Wii U and 3DS by having a great lineup from the start to entice players.
It was also mentioned that graphics wise the NX will be "somewhere between a PS3 and PS4", but Nintendo is planning to taggert the casual smartphone market more than the hardcore console market. Rather than getting people to ditch their Xbox One or PS4, Nintendo is trying to "upgrade smartphone gamers".
Finally, the sources have also revealed that the Eurogamer report was "100 per cent accurate", and the console will indeed be a handheld that can dock to a TV.
