Call of Duty: WWII Release Date and More Leak
Thanks to some leaked marketing material from an Australian retailer, we now have more details regarding Activision's next Call of Duty game.
As discovered by Charlieintel.com, the following marketing document claims that Call of Duty: WWII will release on November 3, 2017. Those that pre-order the game will also earn access to a beta that will take place sometime before the game's release, which has become commonplace with recent Call of Duty games.
The game takes place in Normandy during D-Day and throughout the campaign players will travel throughout Europe to experience famous moments from the war.
The multiplayer is set to return the series to its roots, with traditional fast-paced Call of Duty multiplayer. New social features will also be introduced in WWII to expand the ways players can interact.
Call of Duty: WWII will also feature a new co-op mode which has its own story, although details on what the mode will actually be are not specified.
Activision will announce more details on Wednesday as well as reveal a first trailer for the game. Hopefully then we will have most, if not all, of these details confirmed and elaborated on. Until then, you can probably wait. Yeah, it won't be that hard to wait.
Damn retailers leaking everything.
