RuneScape Finally Coming to Mobile Devices, Cross-Play and All

RuneScape Finally Coming to Mobile Devices, Cross-Play and All

Remember RuneScape? The classic web browser MMORPG is finally making its way to mobile devices later this year.

Developer Jagex announced that after years of working towards making this dream a reality, both Old School RuneScape and RuneScape will be made available for mobile and tablet devices. And that's not all. Both versions will feature cross-platform play with PC.

This will be legit cross play, meaning you can log out of the game somewhere on your phone, then log in on your computer and be right where you left off on your phone.

Personally, I'm very excite, though I can't imagine going back to RuneScape after all these years.

Old School RuneScape should be available sometime in late 2017, while Jagex hopes to have RuneScape ready on mobile in 2018.
