Sonic Forces Releasing Around the Same Time As Every Other Fall Game
Well, well, well, I suppose I won't be playing this game until winter break...
SEGA has announced that Sonic Forces will be releasing on November 7, 2017. Yes, at the moment the plan is to have all versions release on that date, although it's really no big deal if the PC version gets delayed like it did with Sonic Mania. No one cares about you PC nerds.
Oh, and what's this? Yeah if you pre-order the physical bonus edition, you'll recieve a skin for your controller, because, you know, it's 2004 and you want your Nintendo GameCube to look good for all your 5th grade friends. Don't worry, the physical bonus edition is like a day one edition so there won't be any up-charge for it.
Additionally, you'll also receive some skins inspired by other SEGA/Atlus games for your avatar. The skins include NiGHTS, Persona 5, Super Monkey Ball, Puyo Puyo, and mother fu**ing Jet Set Radio.
Oddly enough, Sonic Forces will retail for $40 when it releases, instead of the usual $60. Does that mean this is not a real AAA game, and we should all shit on it? Yes, let's do that right now, internet. I think that's a very reasonable thing to start doing.
Again, Sonic Forces is coming out on November 7.
