The NES Classic is Back and Nintendo is Bipolar
Remember that time Nintendo was all, "no more NES Classic Editions being produced"? Well, it looks like they're taking that back a bit.
So Nintendo has announced that sometime in Summer 2018 the NES Classic Edition will come back. Who the hell knows what that means. Switch production is going smoothly so now they have the means to make more money on the NES Classic? Probably, Nintendo loves sounding like an incoherent mess (huh, kinda like this blog). Hopefully there will be a decent supply this time so that more people than a couple of d-bag eBay resellers can get one. I guess more on that next year?
In addition to all that craziness, Nintendo has also announced that the SNES Classic Edition (which comes out in just a few weeks) will be in production "into 2018." Maybe that means until next December, or maybe until January? Who knows!
But one thing is for sure, Nintendo is making more of these throwback boxes that should have never been difficult finding in the first place. But at least they're trying to make good on the mess they have made, at least, I think they are? I don't care, I already have a NES Classic and I have my pre-order locked for the SNES Classic, so suck it.
Wow, I wonder if it's comments like that, that cause people to not read this site...
